QuickNotes™ FAQs for Physicians & Clinics
COMPLIANCE & RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY
QuickNotes™ supports documentation—not clinical decision-making. Every note is reviewed, edited, and signed by the licensed clinician, who remains fully responsible for patient care.
Is QuickNotes™ HIPAA compliant?
Yes. QuickNotes™ is fully HIPAA compliant and includes a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) at no extra cost.
How long does it take to get started?
Most clinics are live in under 10 minutes. No software installation, training sessions, or workflow changes are required.
Do I need to integrate with my EMR?
Yes. A one-time setup service that connects QuickNotes™ more closely with your clinic’s existing systems or workflows—based on your needs.
How accurate are the clinical notes?
Accuracy depends on audio quality and visit complexity. QuickNotes™ produces review-ready SOAP notes that clinicians can edit and finalize before charting.
How quickly are notes delivered after a visit?
Notes are typically delivered within minutes of the encounter, enabling same-day chart completion.
Which specialties are supported?
QuickNotes™ supports Primary Care, Family Medicine, Cardiology, and Men’s & Women’s Health, with standard SOAP-based documentation.
What happens if I exceed my visit quota?
You’ll receive real-time usage alerts. You can upgrade anytime to avoid interruptions—no patient visits are lost.
Do unused visits roll over?
Unused visits do not expire during the active billing period. Roll-over options may vary by plan.
Is support included?
Yes. Support is included—email and chatbot assistance, phone support, onboarding guidance, ongoing optimization, and access to a Dedicated Clinical Success Coach, with levels that vary by plan.
What happens when I downgrade my plan?
When you downgrade your plan, access to certain features and usage limits will be adjusted to match your new plan. Any features not included in the downgraded plan will no longer be available. Downgrades apply immediately and may limit feature access. Learn More
When can I downgrade my prepaid plan?
It’s best to downgrade your plan once you’ve used all allocated clinical notes; otherwise, any remaining notes will be forfeited. Learn More
How do I get started with QuickNotes™?
Submit a request through our form. Our team reviews your clinic details and follows up with the next steps to complete your account setup.
Why don’t I get instant access after signing up?
To ensure security and HIPAA-aligned access, we follow a verified onboarding process. This helps protect patient data and ensures only authorized users access the platform.
What happens after I submit my request?
Your request creates a secure support ticket. Our team reviews it and sends a follow-up form to collect details needed for clinic and provider setup.
Why is this process different from other software signups?
Unlike generic tools, QuickNotes™ is built for healthcare. We prioritize compliance, security, and accurate setup over instant access.
Is this onboarding approach common in healthcare?
Yes. Most healthcare platforms use controlled onboarding and verification to ensure compliance and protect sensitive data.
No setup • No training • No contracts • HIPAA-aligned • U.S.-hosted
