With a background in medical microbiology and organic chemistry, and deep experience in healthcare technology and clinical operations, Milind identified that physicians spend significant time interpreting diagnostic data—lab, imaging, and clinical findings—and converting it into actionable insights and documentation, often at the expense of patient interaction.
